FSB boasted of kidnapping a young man in Melitopol
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in occupied Melitopol reported on the detention of a Ukrainian. The young man was rounded up and pushed into a minibus, RIA Pivden reported.
The kidnapped man was allegedly collecting and passing on to the Ukrainian side information about officials of the occupation administration of the Zaporizhzhia region.
FSB claimed that explosives TNT and hexogen, as well as other components for the manufacture of an explosive device, were found and seized at the man’s home. The video showed the alleged kidnapped man confessing to his “crimes” on camera, his face was blurred.
People have been abducted in Melitopol since the first days of the occupation. People from the Ukrainian military, security forces, officials, and activists were among the first kidnapped. Some of them have been held captive for several years.
Now the occupiers are fabricating criminal cases against ordinary citizens, presumably to fulfil the plan and advance their careers, as well as to intimidate and suppress any local resistance. Armed occupiers are breaking into homes, grabbing people on the streets.
