In Luhansk, occupation authorities admitted unpaid miners salaries
The Luhansk “republic” hasn’t paid miners salaries for four months. This is mentioned in a message from the “government” in occupied Luhansk, OstroV reported.
It noted that the “cabinet of ministers” has adopted a “resolution to provide a subsidy from the republic’s budget to pay the miners the rest of salaries”.
The occupation authorities promised to allocate 1.137 billion Russian rubles to pay off the miner’s salaries for April 2024.
Allegedly, the transfer to salary cards will begin on August 22, and all debts will be paid off by Miner’s Day.
