It is impossible to fully organise bus services on the occupied left bank of the Kherson region due to a lack of drivers, the Moscow-appointed head of the occupied part of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, told local media, Most reported.

According to him, the intercity bus service was launched after Russia provided buses. At the same time, public transportation in Skadovsk, Henichesk, Kakhovka, and Nova Kakhovka and other occupied settlements cannot be restored due to the lack of drivers.

As reported previously, in the autumn of 2022, during the so-called evacuation of the population, representatives of the occupation authorities took most of the municipal transport out of Kherson. In particular, Kherson municipal buses were seen in Nova Kakhovka.
