Russian occupiers offer residents of the “Luhansk Republic” 100 thousand rubles in exchange for a relative recruited to serve in the occupying army
The Russian occupiers promise residents of the occupied Luhansk region 100 thousand rubles each for recruiting their friends and relatives to the Russian army. A photo of a page of a propaganda newspaper distributed by the occupiers in Rubizhne was published by journalist Oleksiy Artyukh in Telegram on August 2, OstroV reports.
“Residents of the occupied Luhansk region are lured to the Russian Armed Forces with large payments. Moreover, the occupiers are agitating relatives and anyone else for involving men in hostilities against Ukraine. For this, they are promised a reward of 100 thousand Russian rubles,” Artyukh wrote.
He noted that the newspaper for the occupied Rubizhne, which contains propaganda material, is printed by Russians in Tatarstan.
Previously, it was reported that the Russian regions are gradually implementing a “referral program”: money is promised to those who bring their friends to sign up for the war.
