Russians to expropriate recreation facilities on the occupied Azov Sea coast
The occupiers have decided to expropriate and hand over abandoned recreation facilities in Siedove on the Azov Sea coast to ‘investors’ for free. All of them are private property.
Russian propaganda media outlets report that there will be no auctions. The facilities will simply be re-registered to new owners, 0629 reports.
There are many abandoned recreation facilities on the territory of the occupied village of Siedove in the Donetsk region. Since 2014, the occupiers have closed the village to the public, turning it into a military base. Entry to Siedove is possible only with a special permit. Therefore, property owners who were not residents of Siedove have not had access to their property for ten years.
According to the so-called Donbas Development Corporation, the facilities have already been inspected. Now, they will be put into a register of the ‘Donetsk republic’ investment objects.
